The Mutya Shoulder Bag is part of our Artisan Heritage Collection by Roots etc., crafted under our parent brand Lokal et al. 

Made from 100% handwoven raffia by generational weavers in the Philippines, each piece is patiently handled by hand, dried and processed using traditional methods that honour heritage and craftsmanship.

Shaped into an elegant half-moon silhouette that features intricate woven patterns, it showcases the skill and care of the artisans behind each piece.

Paired with genuine leather straps, the contrast of natural fibres and smooth leather adds durability and refinement - a balance of craftsmanship and modern wearability. 

This handmade collection is intentionally designed for those who celebrate authenticity, craftsmanship and character, not factory-made perfection.  Imperfections and variations in weave, texture, colour and finish are to be expected and embraced.
